FREE SHIPPING

  • Free shipping is only for a product that you buy and keep. It is a one time gift from us for buying the product. If you return, we reserve the right to charge you for that shipping cost from us to you and you are responsible for shipping it back to us if you don't want. If we make a mistake then we will pay for that. If its a manufacturers mistake then you need to ship it to the manufacturer. Free shipping is on all orders sold through SantanaOutdoors.com or Payson Outfitters.com. Items are shipped Standard Fed Ex, UPS Ground or USPS to the United States - 48 Contiguous States.
  • Canada, HI and Alaska, there will be an extra charge, call for amount.
  • Cost depends upon your order.
  • Call for pricing on guaranteed 2nd day and other needs, we will be glad to meet your needs.
  • If you need a product outside of this, send me an email and we will tell you your cost of extra shipping.
  • The Free shipping is on Santana Outdoors.com only and not for other outlets that we use such as Amazon.com and in the store purchases.

Military and Law Enforement Discount

Since we have a high volume of sales from our "Premium" protectors. We offer a 10% discount for orders made by the U.S. government, and by government personnel including military and law enforcement.  The criteria for this is that the item is being purchased by a currently employed military professional, for personal professional use.  Orders made to our online store can have the discount amount applied to them, upon request.

International Orders and Shipping

All international orders must be processed via PayPal Express and have a confirmed address with PayPal. For international shipping, please email for cost to ship. Also we recommend you need to contact your customs office to see what they will charge you all country's are different and Santana Outdoors is not responsible for these charges. International Shipping is non-refundable even if an item is not received, not accepted or returned. As we have no control over the shippers.

PROCESSING TIME

  • In-stock items shipped from our store or warehouse will typically arrive in 3-6 business days. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Items shipped directly from our vendors take additional time for delivery.
  • Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges and shipping time.

Free Items

Free items that are offered are only for internet orders and must be ordered at the time of ordering the product it is offered with. You must choose an item when you order, there is a drop down menu for choosing if a free item is offered for that product. We also reserve the right to exchange for a different free item if the item you picked is out of stock, this eliminates extra shipping, thus the ability to give a free item, we hope you understand. Free items are only if you purchase that item that is offered with it, if you return the purchased item and want to keep the free item then you will need to buy that item or items.

RETURNS FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Please send in your manufacturers warranty card or register online as soon as you get your product because if you want to return the item for a Manufacture defect, you are to return the item to the manufacturer for repair as per their requirements in the warranty information, you are responsible for the shipping. Please feel free to contact us for help if you need it. We only sell new products, we do work hard at making sure all these products are perfect. Occationally an item is sent directly from the manufacter and we dont see it.

RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

14 day return policy. Email us at deb@santanaoutdoors.com if you need to return a product to get exact instructions as some of the items you buy may need to go to a different warehouse then our base warehouse and you will be charged for that extra shipping if you send to the wrong place. Our prices are low because most of our Customers that buy from us know exactly what they want and it cuts out a lot of the guessing. But if for some reason you need to return a non-defective item and it is unopened and in its original package we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee plus our shipping costs, most of the time we waive these fees if you are buying the one you need from us. Plus, if you received a free item it must be returned also, as it is not a Gift. You must have an RA# to return an item please send email, do not call for RA, email deb@santanaoutdoors.com .

We pride ourselves in selling only new items, opening a package is ok, we understand you need to check it out. It has to be returned in its original package with all that it came with to get a refund. Contact me first before returning any product as some of the items we sell come directly from our distributors and they do charge a restocking fee plus shipping. We are sorry but there is no profit margin for returned open packages with used gear, that item can only be sold as open and used on eBay. Email me for questions on this if you need to. Again, you must have an RA# to return an item please send email or call 928-978-6139. The return address depends upon the item. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

Back ordered and Pre-Order items

You will be charged when your order is placed. The reason, we normally offer special discounts on back ordered items so we can order more of that item. It also guarantees that you will get that item when it comes in and same day shipping. If you do not want to be charged at this time please call and we can try and hold one for you when the back ordered item does come in. But paid for items get shipped first!

Arizona Tax

An Arizona tax rate of 8.72% will be charged for all Arizona sales.
