Free items that are offered are only for internet orders and must be ordered at the time of ordering the product it is offered with. You must choose an item when you order, there is a drop down menu for choosing if a free item is offered for that product. We also reserve the right to exchange for a different free item if the item you picked is out of stock, this eliminates extra shipping, thus the ability to give a free item, we hope you understand. Free items are only if you purchase that item that is offered with it, if you return the purchased item and want to keep the free item then you will need to buy that item or items.
RETURNS FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Please send in your manufacturers warranty card or register online as soon as you get your product because if you want to return the item for a Manufacture defect, you are to return the item to the manufacturer for repair as per their requirements in the warranty information. Please feel free to contact us for help if you need it.
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
14 day return policy. Our prices are low because most of our Customers that buy from us know exactly what they want and it cuts out a lot of the guessing. But if for some reason you need to return a non-defective item and it is unopened and in its original package we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee plus our shipping costs, most of the time we waive these fees if you are buying the one you need from us. Plus if you received a free item it must be returned also, as it is not a Gift. You must have an RA# to return an item please send email or call.
We pride ourselves in selling only new items, opening a package is ok, we understand you need to check it out. It has to be returned in its original package with all that it came with to get a refund. Contact me first before returning any product as some of the items we sell come directly from our distributors and they do charge a restocking fee plus shipping. We are sorry but there is no profit margin for returned open packages with used gear, that item can only be sold as open and used on eBay. Email me for questions on this if you need to. Again, you must have an RA# to return an item please send email or call 928-978-6139. The return address depends upon the item. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
Back ordered and Pre-Order items
You will be charged when your order is placed. The reason, we normally offer special discounts on back ordered items so we can order more of that item. It also guarantees that you will get that item when it comes in and same day shipping. If you do not want to be charged at this time please call and we can try and hold one for you when the back ordered item does come in. But paid for items get shipped first!
